You never see who joined, and never see anything anyone writes, feels or says to Luma. Results appear only for groups of 10 people or more, and only count time after each person joined. We put this in writing.

No. The dashboard shows how many people have joined and results for the group as a whole, never names, emails, journal entries, chats with Luma or anyone’s answers. Results only appear when at least 10 people contributed, so no one can be singled out. Read our privacy promise.
You share a code or an invite link from your dashboard. Each person downloads Breatheasy, creates their own account and enters the code in Settings. Their account, and everything in it, stays theirs.
When the first person joins, not when you sign up, so you have time to plan your launch. It lasts 30 days and covers your whole team. We never ask for a card.
If you’d like to continue, we invoice you $3.29 per employee per month, billed monthly or yearly. If not, nothing happens: your people keep the free version of Breatheasy and their journal.

No. Breatheasy is a self-help tool for everyday anxiety and panic. It isn’t a crisis service or a medical treatment. It works well alongside your Employee Assistance Programme, which you can add to the app’s crisis screen.
